'Crust & Crumble Pizzeria started out with one goal: to share true Neapolitan pizza with London. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our small restaurant was born out of familial passion for the craft, boasting generations-old recipes.
Mario Rossi, our originator, honed their pizza-crafting skills on a sojourn through Italy, learning from Neapolitan pizza gurus. Upon returning to the UK, they were resolved to bring the essence of traditional Italian pizza to life, adhering to age-old practices and sourcing premium ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat eatery has flourished into a cherished communal fixture, yet our dedication to excellence and the genuine art of pizza remains unchanged. Employing classic wood-fire ovens, our dough is made fresh each day, and our ingredients are always of the highest quality available.
Now, 'Crust & Crumble Pizzeria' is still in the hands of the Rossi's descendants, with a new generation at the helm of our dynamic crew. While we've adopted some contemporary advancements, at our core, we remain devoted to making scrumptious, authentic pizzas that unite our patrons.
